هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين ترجوم، القاهرة، مصر («نحن»)، على استخدامك الخدمة عبر tarjum.replexity.com. وتقبل هذه الشروط بتحديد خانة الموافقة عند التسجيل أو عند أول دخول، وباستخدامك ترجوم.

الخدمة

يساعدك ترجوم على ترجمة الكتب وتحريرها وإخراجها وتصديرها، بالذكاء الاصطناعي وبمراجعتك. وقد نضيف مزايا أو نغيّرها أو نحذفها.

حسابك

• قدّم بيانات صحيحة، واحفظ بيانات دخولك سرًّا.
• أنت مسؤول عمّا يجري في حسابك ومساحة عملك.
• يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عامًا.

محتواك

• تبقى لك كل حقوقك في الكتب والملفات التي ترفعها وفي الترجمات التي تنتجها.
• تأذن لنا بتخزين محتواك ومعالجته وإرساله إلى الجهات المذكورة في سياسة الخصوصية، بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة لك فقط.
• لا نستخدم كتبك أو ترجماتك لخدمة أي عميل آخر.
• تقرّ بأن لك الحق في رفع ما ترفعه وترجمته. وترجمة عمل محمي بحق المؤلف تحتاج عادةً إلى إذن صاحب الحق، وهذا من مسؤوليتك.

ما ينتجه الذكاء الاصطناعي

الترجمات والتخطيطات والاقتراحات تُنتج بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وقد تحوي أخطاء. راجعها قبل أن تنشرها أو تعتمد عليها. وأنت مسؤول عمّا تنشره.

الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز لك:

• رفع محتوى لا يحق لك استخدامه، أو محتوى مخالف للقانون؛
• محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو إرهاقها أو تجاوز حدودها وحمايتها؛
• الوصول إلى حسابات الآخرين أو بياناتهم؛
• إعادة بيع الخدمة دون موافقتنا الكتابية.

الباقات والدفع

• تظهر الباقات والأسعار والفترة التجريبية على صفحة الأسعار وفي التطبيق. ويُخصم المبلغ بالعملة الظاهرة عند الدفع، عبر شركة Paymob.
• لا تتجدد الباقات من تلقاء نفسها. عند انتهاء المدة تدفع من جديد إن أردت الاستمرار، فلا يوجد ما تلغيه.
• تُمنح كلمات الباقة شهرًا بشهر، حتى في الباقة السنوية، وما لا تستخدمه في الشهر لا ينتقل إلى الشهر التالي. وتنتهي حزم الكلمات بعد 365 يومًا من شرائها.
• الترجمة بالنماذج المشمولة في باقتك لا تُحسب عليها رسوم إضافية. أما النماذج الأخرى التي تختارها فتُخصم تكلفتها من محفظة الحوسبة المدفوعة مسبقًا، إضافة إلى الباقة. وإذا ربطت مفتاحك الخاص حاسبك مزوده مباشرة.
• الشحن التلقائي يملأ محفظة الحوسبة ولا يشتري كلمات، ولا يعمل إلا إذا فعّلته. فإذا فعّلته خصمنا المبلغ الذي اخترته من بطاقتك المحفوظة دون أن تكون حاضرًا عند الدفع، كلما انخفض رصيد المحفظة عن الحد الذي حددته، بحد أقصى أربع مرات في اليوم. ويمكنك إيقافه في أي وقت من صفحة الفوترة.
• سياسة الاسترداد جزء من هذه الشروط.

الإيقاف والإنهاء

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام ترجوم في أي وقت، ولك أن تطلب حذف حسابك. ويجوز لنا إيقاف حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو إغلاقه، كما يجوز لنا ذلك حمايةً للخدمة أو للآخرين. وحيثما أمكن سنخطرك أولًا ونمنحك فرصة لتصدير عملك.

حدود الضمان

نقدم الخدمة بحالتها. ولا نضمن أن تعمل دون انقطاع أو دون أخطاء، أو أن يناسب ناتجها غرضك. ولا يسري هذا البند على ما يكفله القانون لمن يشتري لاستخدامه الشخصي.

المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الكلية عن أي مطالبة ما دفعته لنا في الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة على نشوء المطالبة. ولا يسري هذا البند على ما يكفله قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 181 لسنة 2018 لمن يشتري لاستخدامه الشخصي.

القانون الواجب التطبيق والمحاكم المختصة

1. يخضع هذا الاتفاق لأحكام القانون المصري.
2. نرجو أن تراسلنا أولًا على joe@replexity.com، وسنحاول حل المشكلة خلال 14 يومًا. ولا يمنعك ذلك من اللجوء إلى القضاء أو إلى جهاز حماية المستهلك.
3. إذا كنت تستخدم ترجوم لأغراض تجارتك أو مهنتك أو نشاطك: تختص محاكم القاهرة بنظر أي نزاع. وإذا كان النزاع مما تختص به المحاكم الاقتصادية قانونًا، فالمختصة هي المحكمة الاقتصادية بالقاهرة.
4. إذا كنت تستخدم ترجوم لاحتياجاتك الشخصية غير المهنية: يجوز لك رفع دعواك أمام محاكم القاهرة أو أي محكمة أخرى يجيزها القانون. وإذا رفعنا دعوى عليك، نرفعها أمام المحكمة التي يقع في دائرتها موطنك. ويحدد القانون نوع المحكمة المختصة، وتختص المحاكم الاقتصادية بمنازعات حماية المستهلك. ويجوز لك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى جهاز حماية المستهلك عبر الخط الساخن 19588.
5. إذا كنت تقيم خارج مصر، تظل سارية عليك قواعد حماية المستهلك في بلدك التي لا يجوز الاتفاق على مخالفتها.
6. إذا اختلف النص العربي عن النص الإنجليزي، يُعمل بالنص العربي.

التغييرات

قد نغيّر هذه الشروط. ننشر النص الجديد هنا ونحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، ونراسلك بالبريد عند أي تغيير جوهري. وتظل الشروط التي دفعت في ظلها سارية على ما دفعت ثمنه حتى تنتهي مدته.

Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Tarjum, Cairo, Egypt ("we"), for your use of the service at tarjum.replexity.com. You accept them by ticking the box when you sign up or first sign in, and by using Tarjum.

The service

Tarjum helps you translate, edit, lay out and export books, using AI and your own review. We may add, change or remove features.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in private.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and your workspace.
• You must be at least 18.

Your content

• You keep all your rights in the books and files you upload, and in the translations you make.
• You give us permission to store and process your content, and to send it to the providers named in our privacy policy, only as needed to provide the service to you.
• We do not use your books or translations to serve any other customer.
• You confirm that you have the right to upload and translate what you upload. Translating a work protected by copyright usually needs the rights holder's permission. That is your responsibility.

AI output

Translations, layouts and suggestions are produced with AI and can contain errors. Review them before you publish or rely on them. You are responsible for what you publish.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• upload content that you have no right to use, or that is illegal;
• try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service;
• access other people's accounts or data;
• resell the service without our written agreement.

Plans and payment

• Plans, prices and any trial are shown on the prices page and in the app. You are charged in the currency shown at checkout, through Paymob.
• Plans do not renew by themselves. When a plan ends you pay again if you want to continue, so there is nothing to cancel.
• Plan words come month by month, on a yearly plan too, and words you don't use in a month do not carry over. Word packs end 365 days after you buy them.
• Translation on the models your plan includes carries no extra charge. Other models you choose are charged to a prepaid compute wallet, on top of the plan. If you connect your own key, its provider bills you directly.
• Auto top-up refills the compute wallet and does not buy words. It is off unless you turn it on. Once it is on, we charge the amount you chose to your saved card, without you at the checkout, each time the wallet balance falls below the level you set, at most four times a day. You can turn it off at any time in Billing.
• The refund policy is part of these terms.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Tarjum at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or do so to protect the service or others. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your work.

Limits of our promise

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output will suit your purpose. This does not apply to what the law guarantees someone buying for personal use.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. This does not apply to what Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 guarantees someone buying for personal use.

Governing law and courts

1. Egyptian law governs these terms.
2. Please write to joe@replexity.com first. We'll try to settle any problem within 14 days. This does not stop you from going to court or to the Consumer Protection Agency.
3. If you use Tarjum for your trade, profession or business: the courts of Cairo, Egypt, have jurisdiction over any dispute. Where the law sends the dispute to the Economic Courts, that means the Cairo Economic Court.
4. If you use Tarjum for personal, non-professional needs: you may bring a claim in the courts of Cairo, or in any other court the law allows. If we bring a claim against you, we'll bring it in the court of your home address. The law decides which type of court hears the case, and consumer disputes go to the Economic Courts. You may also complain to the Consumer Protection Agency on hotline 19588.
5. If you live outside Egypt, any consumer rules in your country that can't be set aside by contract still apply to you.
6. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version applies.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above, and we will email you about significant changes. The terms you paid under keep applying to what you paid for until its period ends.
