Refund policy

The 14-day trial with 10,000 words is free. You pay nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

14 days to change your mind

You can cancel any purchase, including a plan, a word pack or a compute wallet top-up, made by hand or automatically, within 14 days of paying. You don't need to give a reason.

What you get back

We refund the words you haven't used: the amount you paid × unused words ÷ words you bought. If you haven't used any, you get everything back.

For example, if you bought 120,000 words and used 30,000, you get 75% back. On a yearly plan, the words you bought are the whole year's words.

A word is used once Tarjum has translated it. We can't refund used words, because that work has been done. If you've used all your words, no refund is due. Once a refund is made, your remaining words are removed. For a compute wallet top-up, we refund the balance you haven't spent. For other purchases, such as extra seats, we refund the part you haven't used. Free credit is not refunded.

How to ask

Write to joe@replexity.com. We send the refund within 7 days of your request, to the card, wallet or account you paid from. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Wrong plan?

Tell us within 7 working days of paying and we'll correct your order.

After 14 days

Words you haven't used are not refunded. Plan words end with their month. Word packs end 365 days after you buy them. Compute wallet balance you haven't spent stays in your wallet.

At any time, we put things right

If we charged you twice or the wrong amount, or you didn't authorize a charge, we refund it. If a translation failed or came out defective because of a fault in Tarjum, we redo it, return the words, or refund them. If we stop the service or end your plan through no fault of yours, we refund your unused words and your unspent compute wallet balance.

Auto top-up

It refills the compute wallet and does not buy words. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time in Billing. Each top-up is a new purchase with its own 14 days, and we email a receipt for each one.

If you buy for personal use

You keep all your rights under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Nothing in this policy limits them. If this policy and the law differ, the law applies. You can reach the Consumer Protection Agency on hotline 19588 or at cpa.gov.eg.

Abuse

We may refuse a request that abuses this policy, as the law allows.
